Women of the church are encouraged to become active members of the United Methodist Women. This organization strives to nurture our faith, our dedication to missions, and our supportive fellowship with each other.

Most of our programs focus on missions. We have made quilts for the Linus Project; had a baby shower for FACETS; contributed items needed for a mission to Guatemala; made valentines for those in need; and so much more! We try to contribute whenever and wherever we find a need both within the Vale family and in the community.

We have fun too! Our white elephant auction in October is not to be missed. We have a wonderful weekend retreat every year. We make chocolate Easter eggs, have bake sales, host a Holly Tea, take field trips, become a secret pal, host the Mother-Daughter Banquet, and the list goes on.
