Starting on Saturday, Nov. 26th (right after Thanksgiving), Vale Church's Christmas Tree Sale will be in full swing selling trees and wreaths, and raising funds to reach our goal of 50,000 meals for Stop Hunger Now. All tree proceeds go to this cause, which provides nutritious meals to people in need across the world.
We'll have three types of freshly-cut trees (Fraser Fir, Canaan Fir and Douglas Fir) in many sizes, including very large trees (10 feet or higher) and some "tabletop" trees, plus some short (5 to 6 feet high) trees. Enjoy free cookies and cider while you scout for the perfect tree. You can also buy pine roping for decorating, or a nice new Christmas tree stand.
Feel like donating cider or cookies? You can drop off your items in the church kitchen and mark it "Christmas Tree Sale" (no items with nuts, please).
And if you are able to help sell trees, we need MANY volunteers throughout the month to keep the tree sale going. Please visit our ONLINE VOLUNTEER SIGN UPHereto select your volunteer date(s) and time(s)—and thank you in advance for your support!
